For years now we've been told that coffee and its caffeine should only be enjoyed in moderation because it's unhealthy, then the next week we're told it's healthy, the next week it's' not again! Well, on that roller coaster again is a study that says that coffee may indeed have a health benefit after all–if you consider a longer life a health benefit!

It's no secret that I can house about 2 Portobello burgers, a cheese fry and half a strawberry shake on a good night out with my hubby! (Post wedding or vacation, naturally).  Imagine my excitement to learn that they have extra items not on the menu that you can order!
