Two studies from the American Council on Exercise, a nonprofit group, compared the benefits of toning shoes from Skechers, Reebok and MBT with ordinary running shoes and shockingly both studies found that there was no significant difference between any of the toning shoes and the standard running shoe. Being a lawyer I find this debate of whether we are entitled to a reasonable expectation of privacy on our cell phones extremely interesting. (I know, I can be Elle Woods smart once in a while) Being someone who does no wrong, an angel of course, I don’t really see a problem in having the police, if need be, being able to track our cellies.In fact if it’s going to help catch criminals I’m usually all for it.

Such a talented designer. Such a tragedy. We hope wherever you are now you’re resting peacefully with your mum. McQueen was apparently distraught after his mother passed away recently.
Now, is it just me or is twittering about someone’s death, saying RIP, etc. it seems to me in bad taste? You may ask what’s the diff b/n that and a blog? Well, I don’t know but when Kim Kardashian and Tyra are twittering up a storm about it, it just seems wrong. Like everyone is trying to get a piece of the drama. It goes hand in hand with announcing death via Facebook status updates. Gross.
