Being a lawyer I find this debate of whether we are entitled to a reasonable expectation of privacy on our cell phones extremely interesting. (I know, I can be Elle Woods smart once in a while) Being someone who does no wrong, an angel of course, I don’t really see a problem in having the police, if need be, being able to track our cellies.In fact if it’s going to help catch criminals I’m usually all for it.

The real debate of course is when is it going to stop?

Such a talented designer. Such a tragedy. We hope wherever you are now you’re resting peacefully with your mum. McQueen was apparently distraught after his mother passed away recently.

Now, is it just me or is twittering about someone’s death, saying RIP, etc. it seems to me in bad taste? You may ask what’s the diff b/n that and a blog? Well, I don’t know but when Kim Kardashian and Tyra are twittering up a storm about it, it just seems wrong. Like everyone is trying to get a piece of the drama. It goes hand in hand with announcing death via Facebook status updates. Gross.

What are your thoughts?

So, hopefully none of us will be faced with the emergency situation where we’d have to administer CPR but if we are, experts are saying it may not be necessary to do the “Mouth to Mouth” part.  Watch this video for a refresher on what you know and how you can help save a life!

H&M, Dude! Get it together!!

Guess who popped the question!?!? That’s right! My BF–or shall I say my Fiancé!!!!

We are super duper excited. I never want to plan the wedding I just want to enjoy the wonderfulness of being engaged! I was totally surprised! And he got me the most gorgeous perfect engagement ring that ever existed!  He proposed in Central Park on the Bow Bridge and then we were whisked away by horse and carriage complete with champagne. Then he surprised me with my parents and sister from Miami so we could all celebrate together with his family. BEST WEEKEND EVER!!!
