A girl at work swears by them and does it several times a year for a quick cleanse. She stretches the 3 day supply to 5 days (don’t ask me how!) and has lost on average 6-7 pounds with each cleanse. Good luck, can’t wait to read the review!

Good luck! I am currently on Day 1 of my three day Renovation cleanse.. so far so good. Though My co-workers chicken noodle soup looks amazing!
