I don’t know about you guys but whenever I’m at the grocery store/drugstore I always am interested in making my teeth whiter but am so overwhelmed by the insane amount of products that I usually go home empty-handed. So check it, I got an email a couple weeks ago from !iT jeans (carried by my fave store, Nordstrom) that they wanted me to check out a pair of their jeans called “Rising Starlet.” Now I’m usually somewhat of a designer denim snob but I haven’t taken these off since they arrived.

I used to live in my J Brands (and am obsessed with my dark denim jeggings by them that lil sis convinced me to buy) but these have several excellent qualities.

A) they cost a fraction of the price of JB’s yet you get the same idea. They’re only $68, y’all.
*Right now they’re having a special though at Nordies and they’re on sale!

B) they are very well made. They have give and stretch but kind of hold you in a bit at the same time.
C) fit pretty true to size
D) they have great detail that makes you feel like they’re designer denim (which I guess they are). They have cute grey seams (which I actually like the change from the yellow stitching on my JBs. They also have red stitches on the top of the back, akin to JB’s green but again I like the change.
E) did I mention these cost less?

Yes, I guess I’m a cougar!!

I went to Bryant Park today during lunch to see Puck, Finn and Mercedes from Glee!!!! Oh yeah, and  Kimberly Locke and Nikki Blonsky.

They were singing “saving money” themed Christmas Carols with people and then posting the videos on YouTube. You’d think I’d have paid attention to the actual promotion but really, all I could think about was hugging Puck and Finn. And staring down my girl, Mercedes!

Seriously. Best. Lunch. Ever.
