So, everyone’s heard that you should have 8 glasses of water each day, right? This particular statement has caused a great deal of debate. However, one thing is crystal clear–Propel fitness water is a delicious and smart alternative way to keep your body hydrated. Other flavored drinks  require you to take the good with the bad-great taste and lotsa calories! (Ahem, Vitamin Water) For a drink that  is so flavorful and full of vitamins, it’s pretty remarkable that this water only contains a measley 10-20 calories per 8 oz. serving! I personally get sick of drinking plain water, so I love the fact that Propel has over 7 different flavors to choose from! (Try peach or grapey-grape!)
So, give the Culligan a rest and try getting your 8 glasses in a tastier way!
