Color of the Year in 2009: Mimosa

Wow! The Pantone Color Institute has named Mimosa 2009’s Color of The Year. Yay!

Cheers to that!!

Just kidding, the color is named after the flower, Mimosas!

The year is off to a sunny start!!! “The color yellow exemplifies the warmth and nurturing quality of the sun, properties we as humans are naturally drawn to for reassurance,” explains Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®.
