Please be a Smarty-Manties and realize that if you are doing any of the below you need to admit that you’re not Schwarzengger and grab a lighter dumbell
a) Dropping the weights when you’re done with your set of 4 reps from so high that it nearly crashes through the floor,
b) Grunting so loudly it sounds like your lungs may burst through your chest, or
c) Using both arms to carry 1 weight back to its home
This dood in our gym just made us want to cry. He was clearly not able to lift the weights he wanted to but instead of building up to it he was struggling with them. He could barely get out 4-5 reps and then dropped the weights from above his head! We were happy to have an excuse to leave-we really were afraid for our toes when his weights went flying…
